Job Title: Warranty & Customer Service Representative

General Summary of the Job:
The incumbent is responsible for all warranty product repairs, processing and maintaining customer service plus assisting with the updating and managing of warranty data and inventory.

Core Tasks and Duties/Performance Expectations:
• Repair all warranty returned product;
• Maintain, organize and manage warranty work area;
• Assist in maintaining the warranty parts inventory;
• Receive and process customer service and warranty calls;
• Up sell customers product as required;
• Update warranty information sheets;
• File warranty information;
• Review warranty material and procedures as required;
• Report and document unusual warranty circumstances immediately;
• Assist in preparing monthly warranty reports;
• Prepare warranty invoices through Sage;
• Process RMA’s using Frontlines system;
• Assist with reports using Frontlines;
• Assist with warranty projects;
• Provide technical training to sales staff and company representatives;
• Assist with training offsite service staff;
• Attend Trade Shows as required;
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience;
• Must have a minimum 2 years previous Customer Service experience, preference will be given to individuals that have worked in a similar industry working with archery equipment;
• High level of energy and initiative;
• Professional and accountable;
• Strong analytical and strategic skills;
• Great attention to detail and time management skills;
• Strong presentation, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and ERP systems;
• Ability to effectively manage your time and work against business deadlines;
• Exceptional follow through, great ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills;
• Ability to define problems and recommend sound solutions under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Strong mechanical aptitude;
• Willingness to work long hours as required;
• Knowledge of French language is considered an asset (writing and speaking)
• Previous exposure to outdoor industry is considered an asset

Description of the Working Conditions:
• 90% office environment.  Working conditions are normal for an office environment. 
• 5% travel
• 5% Trade Shows Environment
• Must be willing to extended hours as required

 Job Title: Sales Manager

General Summary of the Job:
The Sales Manager is responsible for planning and implementing the sales activities for the Kitchener Sales Team to meet the company targets for sales and growth. This role will be responsible to manage, develop and support the Sales Team to ensure that sales objectives are achieved. The position will be accountable for developing strategic relationships with key retail accounts. 

Core Tasks and Duties/Performance Expectations:
• Accountable for the overall management and performance of the Sales Team by providing leadership, training and motivation to ensure performance against targets, employee development, retention and satisfaction;
• Manage all aspects of Box stores in Canada and the US;
• Provide sales support to internal staff with Canadian and US Dealers;
• Develop and execute crossbow presentations and training for all high level meetings and accounts;
• Provide cross functional leadership, working effectively with the internal and external teams to deliver crossbow growth objectives;
• Identify, and develop new key accounts and distribution opportunities;
• Develop multiyear strategic account plans and annual business objectives for key customers and channels;
• Enhance existing and establish new business relationships throughout the account organization and develop new strategic growth customers and channels;
• Resolve any major concerns for sales employees and customers;
• Report and analyze monthly sales to the senior management and the sales team;
• Manage and develop export business;
• Assist in the selection and management of external agencies to effectively distribute products in all channels;
• Assist in creating and maintaining agreed budgets;
• Manage, coordinate and review all customer contracts;
• Develop and implement special sales drive or incentive programs (within budgets) as required to achieve planned / forecasted sales objectives;
• Participate in new product and accessories development initiatives;
• Identify the sales force needs for personnel to efficiently deliver sales results;
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of sales experience including managing independent and direct sales force.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Photoshop, desktop publishing and content management programs
• Strong presentation, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Previous exposure to SageX3 or other ERP systems would be an asset
• Related category and retail channel sales experience including selling consumer products within the sporting goods or outdoor major retailer channels.  
• Leadership skills - ability to set direction and lead cross-functional teams
• Self-starter /high energy /results driven – track record of achieving/exceeding sales volume targets, etc.
• Demonstrated strong strategic and critical thinking and decision making skills.
• Strong hands-on orientation - ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through highly effective selling skills and the use/knowledge of category management/data-based selling tools.
• Excellent organizational skills – demonstrated time management and follow-through skills.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills – ability to maintain strong relations with customers, proven ability to negotiate and influence desired outcomes.
• Ability to travel within Canada and the US

• 60% Office Environment - Working conditions are normal for an office environment. 
• 30% Travel
• 10% Shows Environments
• Must be willing to work any shift, extended hours and weekends.
