Not a fan of trigger linkage but if the new trigger is good that would change things. Shave weight is a big wish. Better scope mount that doesnt loosen up. I didn't think I would like the trigger linkage either. Once I started using it all those negative perceptions we're gone. I am completely onbo...

when Dan Miller spoke about plastic nock issues couple years back i decided to rough up the back of my flats with scuffing with some sand paper. ive also tried Parker capture nocks with no issues.

wow Orbitz your quite the price police...i know new toys are the poo but... lets not get all dreamy eyed just cause somethin new has hit the market ...far as i know a charger wont fit the older long limbers? might have to drill holes or fool with the stock which most wouldnt do so dont know what you...

not really. theres still a bajillion classic long limb models that may need a crank. the new cranker needs special holes and twice the price. :thumbdown:

thanks everyone! i did look at the case for possible pinching but there all was clear. the string did have quite a bit of twists in it but being only the black failed im gonna go with builder error.thanks again the knowledge on here is amazing!

thanks for all the great info! trying to think outside of the box a bit.never made a string before but wondering if its possible when mixing colors are there material differences coming from the manufacturer or the possibility of a mistake of using different string materials being mixed by the maker...

never seen this before? materials gave out ? stretched out too much over time? string about a year old. shot only inside less than 150 shots would be a good guess. arrow hit its mark but the funny noise it made was like utt ohh...the string jumped the string stops and is still one piece. http://i123...
