Re: Most Sought After '18

Speaking for myself, the Micro 355!
I think the Assassin if the initial reviews are great, it will be the top seller.

Re: Is anyone out there using WOOD ARROWS ?

Nice shooting. I'm into carbon arrows for many reasons, but the wooden arrows have proven to be do well when made correctly. My neighbor uses cedar arrows that he makes for his old long bow. I'm leery about their strength for crossbows however. Glad they work for you.

Available now shipping in one day from a seller on eBay, Hudson, Wisconsin. There are two other sellers that have hiked the price up!

Re: Is anyone deer hunting at 100+ yards?

Up until a few years ago I hunted a small farm not too far from home. We had a lease there, and there was about 200 acres we had access to hunt, and there was maybe 40 acres of woods. Anyway there was a short crop field that was 80 yards exactly wood line to wood line. Depending on wind directions w...

I wouldn't shoot at my 3D deer target at 100 yards out of respect for the target.

Re: Assasin

Much appreciated. I'm going to go check one out in the spring when they're available locally. I imagine if this model becomes a hit higher and lower speed models in the same family. Lots of folks like it all in one package.

Re: Assasin

Don, do you know what is involved with changing it out, and do you think users will be damaging their bow trying to figure it out? Just curious, and I know that is a tough question to answer. Seems to me that might be a big factor for some having to take it in or send it out for service.

Re: Assasin

I'm actually warming up to this bow thanks to some candid remarks about it. Yeah the thing is heavy, but if you throw a Crank on some of the other models, they get heavy too. I'm interested in actual performance numbers from it by users, and the maintenance side of things like cooking rope that requ...
