Re: To All My Boofest Friends

I experienced my first boofest today. Altho it was a short 4.5 hours for me due to some family commitments. It sure was nice to final meet and shake hands with so many people whom I've met over the past years. Don and Karin, thank you again for such a gracious and generous offering you've put togeth...

Re: Drama with dicks store and the NRA

Why would anyone buy an AR from a golf and baseball store anyway? Far better places to buy a gun with true service after the sale. I dont get it.

Re: Free hand shooting

Shooting freehand will help develop a stronger core as well, which is another key to being good offhand. Also, try running around a bit and then sitting down to shoot while your heart rate is up. Simulates the real thing a bit better. Nice shooting by the way! Or when your finger is frozen lol

Arrows for Boofest

How many arrows does everyone bring to Boofest?
How many would a typical round of 3D require?

Re: carry case for matrix 380

Those Rod bags were originally marketed by a brand called "HT Enterprizes". Then somehow cabelas got their name on there and you dont see the HT bags anymore. But you could also look for those if cabelas doesnt have it.

Re: Nikon bolt on Clearance

Great little scope and awesome glass but they missed the mark with no speed adjustments and no illumination. If it had these features I would still have mine. :D But if they had all that they would likely be over $200 . They usually are. I paid over 200 for my last one . for 119 I ordered another o...

Re: What's next??

I am completely onboard with the bullpup design now... when you go bullpup in design you need the linkage.i have shot quite a few linkage crossbows and prefer simple....

Re: What's next??

At the ATA show in Indy this past winter I remarked to Rob D. that the Assasin trigger is hands down the BEST Excalibur trigger I have touched off. He was kind enough to give Jeff and I some history on this trigger and the R&D length of time. He smiled with a slight twinkle in his eye after I sugge...
