Re: WTB: REDS for Micro/Grizzly/Cub/310

I've got a couple sets of lightly used micro REDS. I'd trade straight up for lightly used DM bumpers

Im in Ontario, so shipping would be up to each of us.

Re: Triggertech for my 335

Look up "Wera" hex keys, problem solved. Did you maybe mean Wiha?? Wiha Hex and Torx tools is all I use. These German made quality tools make me smile everytime I use them. Pretty sure its "wera" . kinda have a funny design, almost halfway between a hex head and a torx head is the best way to descr...

Re: Triggertech for my 335

The screws is only half of the problem. Good tools go a long way. But most people dont buy quality hex keys, instead of raiding the junk drawer for ikea tools .

Re: bolts for Bulldog 330

One nice thing about Diablo, is that they can be had for pennies on the dollar after all the crazy crossbowers(myself included) ditch them unfired on the trading post to go with zombies or executioners :eusa-whistle:

That and for most hunting situations they work perfectly fine.

Re: Inspect your turkeys folks! (Graphic images)

Thank you for posting. Did you call it in? Here in Arkansas our season comes in so late, very few turkeys will work. A call will often send them the other way. No, this guy busted me first thing. I was late walking in. I poked around looking for an arrow I lost in the fall for a few minutes to let ...

Re: Inspect your turkeys folks! (Graphic images)

Beauty bird! I have seen what a bullet or pellet in an animal can do over time if it wasn't a kill shot. Puss and green slime in the affected area. Very gross indeed. I had a buck that had a slug logged in the back strap. Gross!! I called the MNR and they said cut around it and the rest is safe to ...

Congrats on the nice bird Chris. That is wild, never heard of it before.
Thanks Billy! Hate to waste it, but without knowing or at least finding evidence of what it was... I sealed and froze the meat, but I must admit I'm hesitant to eat it.

Re: Inspect your turkeys folks! (Graphic images)

It looks like it took a pellet to me in the 3rd picture I think I can see the pellet 3/4 of the frame to the right in the middle looks like a deformed lead shot pellet. Congratulations on the fine bird. Thats a spot where I cut through the little thin meat and its folded over the outside skin, the ...

This would have been very easy to miss if you like to cook your birds whole.
