Cocking Rope Rub

Post by okie143 » Wed Dec 20, 2017 9:03 pm

I have read where others have found the more powerful crossbow models take the paint right off the frame.

This is a result of cocking and de-cocking my new 380 only two times.

Still trying to post pictures but system says the board is full.

The old rope burn...

If they molded all stocks in black first then hydro dipped it would eliminate the white showing through. They molded the black Micro stock in black so I know it can be done to all of them..
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of harvest is at hand.

Waxing the cocking rope helps reduce friction too!
