WTB - Micro or Matrix Found One!

Post by tman74 » Wed Nov 01, 2017 2:49 pm

I'm looking for another bow for my wife and a micro would be ideal but would also buy a Matrix (anything under a 380). I'm in Canada and would prefer to by here (nothing personal fellas). It can be a bare bow because I have enough goodies to dress it up. Thanks.

EDIT : Found one! Thanks everyone. :D

Just an FYI. Not sure if it matters but the 335 Micro is harder to cock than my Matrix 380.

I'd consider the 315 or even better yet the Sapphire. In the women's xbow clinics the Sapphire was the hands down favourite for the ladies.

My 22yo daughter loves the Sapphire. Her height is a short 5'2", and it's the only bow she can use without dad having to "pull the string". She couldn't do the Axiom SMF nor the Matrix 330 when I had those models. I had a Cub for a little bit before the Sapphire and she could do that one as well, but I like the Sapphire better so I upgraded the kid's bow to that one.

The Sapphire has the same speed as the Grizzly but the geometry is just a bit different (shorter) which makes it just that bit easier to cock. Makes all the difference for folks with a bit less upper body length and/or strength. Fantastic all around choice.

Yup, exactly. She can haul a 50# bag of feed like it was nothing, but her short stature kept her from pulling the string past the ADF latch. So I upgraded to a faster bow and picked up a bow for the kids. Advantage of that was that she was no longer taking my bow in the woods after I pulled the string and leaving me sitting in the house pouting. And now I have 3 bows, but that's just because of the sickness we all have here.
