I'm off 10-31 to 11-6 to try and catch the rut in NJ. Usually its 1st or 2nd week in Nov., but just before peak is real good while they're still hunting for miss hotty,before they get too crazy & nothing you do can stop em from chasing the hot Doe. Its always a fun time to be in the woods.

Spitfire Maxx

I was thinking about switching to Spitfire Maxx,does anyone use them? any complaints? was looking at the video on the NAP website of it being shot into ballistic gel & it looks like it doesn't open till almost halfway through the block.not sure if its just because its Gel Block,but wasn't impres...

Its a good idea when tracking to look for blood up off the ground on the bushes ,if its a lung shot blood will be coming out they're mouths as they breath & cough it up, it will land high on bushes & trees they pass. and may not reach the ground.

Gendoc I was just shooting my broadheads & I noticed the same thing.depending on which vane I put in the groove they would fly different but consistent with the vane placement in the groove.one vane down would fly 4" high consistently. another vane would fly 4" low consistently. I cant...

Place the camera on the trail that he's probably using to enter,he probably doesnt put the mask on till just before he reaches the site where he's gonna steal the equipment from.

I was having a similar problem & noticed the insert in the back of the arrow was damaged from a hit from another arrow. Like Pydpiper said number your arrows to see if its always the same arrow.
