You won't find a more enthusiastic hunter than me. Maybe that is my why I like stirring the pot. good or bad, I like talking hunting/fishing/shooting and archery.

I do however refus to just blindly accept what is considerd the norm until I have tested the boundaries of said theory!

scott, I am not bitter about the avatar. I certainly don't have any names singled out so no need to defend yourself. As for the purpose of the post, I was merely stating the fact that I found it odd that someone can still be stewing over an argument that happened 2 years ago. At the time, there was ...

Went down about 3 or 4 post's and decided I didn't want anymore of this subject. It ain't about xbows or hunting. My 2 cents. LOL. Thanks for sharing that with us  Funny how you took the time to post it though. Kinda proves that there are some that even know how ridiculous something is but ca...

That field does have a lot of purple in it. I guess if I was hunting that property, I would need a different color. Since none of that nice purple weed grows on any of the farms I hunt, I shoot my purple killing sticks all the time (out of my crossbow). I find that the arrows are much easier to loca...

My hunting arrows seem to be scented and colored. They tend to smell like venison blood and have a red tinge to them after they have been shot

If I may jump in on the color discussion in this thread. purple is a great color for fletch. that is all I shoot out of my crossbow. Here is why I use em. Even covered in blood, they still show some purple. Purple, is one of the easiest colors to find in any season as mother nature has very few purp...

sumner4991, should I change it? There is a lot of skin on my avatar and I know that can be offensive. I have the same disease Desert Rat! LOL. Some people take it personally. I see it as a exchange of viewpoints. I can get a little too "into" the exchange at times, but, I never get pissed ...

Ah come on wabi, you can't expect me to believe that the old boys are typing less and that the forum has taken that much of a dive. I think it is more of an issue of it is not the "good old boys" private little chat shop anymore. Look at the example of my AVATAR. it was fine for years, the...

Why trolling (internet) really works (edited)

Ever see some internet posts and have the uncontrollable urge to jump in and stir the pot? Every now and then it happens to me and I will jump right in there and get things boiling! What amazes me is that most guys don't even realize that they are being baited and walk into the trap head first! Do t...

Mike, why would they do that when they can whine and piss and moan and have their opinions forced upon others? This isn't about not seeing her, it is about having the world changed to satisfy their views.

Good to see you back saxman. I wouldn't leave over something as trivial as that. I know I have made a few posts on here regarding the dancing girl but in reality, it means nothing. I have called the people that complained whiners and I mean it! LOL! If any of those involved are reading this, please ...
