Re: Of Splintering limbs and grave disappointment
In the FWIW column --- recently had an issue with a limb on my 405 --- followed the protocol as noted in the above sticky section --- all went very well (and quickly) the issue was resolved with no hassles and I was back in business in short order.

Matrix 380 / 405 parts n' parts ??
My understanding is that the difference between the Matrix 380 and 405 is the draw length -- the 405 having a slightly longer draw length 13.9 vs 13.1 for the 380 and the 405 has a longer stock 36.2 vs the length of the 380 at 35.6. I am assuming (bad I know) that the riser and limbs are the same be...

Re: Bow season brings 405 limb splinters
Was wondering if the revised angle on the riser was effecting the speed of the 405? --- seems that a change in the angle of mounting the limbs would lower the poundage??

Re: Late to the party
Couple weeks ago shot a pretty nice buck mid morning with a complete pass through -- problem was that my arrow simply was not sticking in the ground where I thought it should be. I spent considerable time looking and looking but finally gave up and chalked it up as lost. That evening I went back in ...

Re: FOC Broadheads
Shot placement --- shot placement !! all else is secondary in my humble opinion. Shot two deer yesterday -- both complete pass through ++ both hit above the body center line -- nice in and out holes -- both double lung --- both went about 50 yards and I watched them fall. In both cases the blood tra...

Re: Bow season brings 405 limb splinters
Please explain what the "revised" riser is --- I have been shooting my 405 just the way it came several years ago and no issues. Don't plan on changing anything but was just curious.
