We have been trying all day too.
The busy signal sounds like an odd one, almost too fast.

It wouldn't surprise me that they didn't get it going in time !

Last year , I showed up on the advertised date for extra seal purchase at the MNR office in Guelph ( Service Ontario now ).

There was a line up of guys before us but the office had not had the tags delivered yet ... had to come back later !

I got through at about 10:30 this morning. I kept hitting redial and then hanging up on the busy signal about once a second.

extra tags.

I got one this morning----after one hour and seventeen minutes of hitting the redial button.

Be very careful because there are only a small group of zones that you can use the extra tags in rifle season.---most are for bow and muzzleloader season. check the pamphlet that contains the hunt code numbers for your zone. Also the number of tags available in some areas is way down as well.

I'm glad I'm in an area that has an abundance of extra tags. Had no trouble getting one last year several weeks after they became available. :D

Thanks for the info guys ... Glad to see some got thru .

The tag #s in some areas are down from last year ... for 2007 season I had experience as TPM , was able to get tags long after the phone in was finished ...

I started calling from work on my [email protected] am and gave up on my drive home.
My wife started calling when i got home at 3.30 pm and got through around 4pm.
I finally got a tag for wmu #84.
there were only 150 tags for this wmu and im soo looking forward to getting up there as ive got 2 trips planned one in october and another just prior to there rifle season.
Ive seen some real big bucks there and im hoping to get a shot at one with either my truth2 or my exocet.
Cheers
