I have used MY 18 to 1, with my MICRO 355 and had great success with it.
Re: Rinehart Woodland 14
Yeah, the 18-1 seems to be the "gold standard", just curious about the others.

I've put thousands of shots into my Rinoblock. 18"in.
Including broadheads. Still looking really good. It's 4 yrs. old now. Goes everywhere with me. Shoot all sides square. Play games on it. And a Deer on one side showing organs. Great Target! When using field points I sometimes use Scorpion Venom arrow lube for easy removal.

I was wondering if the woodland series targets were as durable as the competition series targets like the rhinoblock or 18-1. I emailed Rhinehart and I'll post about their reply.

I have one. Have used it for broadheads mostly. Field points better have some lube on them and you better have some Danny Miller pliers. YOU MUST TAKE ALL PAINT LABELS OFF YOUR ARROWS OR THEY WILL WELD TO THE TARGET...TRUST ME !!! I haven't shot it a ton, but it seems to be tough. I take "Really Good" care of it...it sits outside year round! Still a good target and small enough and light enough to throw in back of truck and go with. Amazingly rope handle is still good . I will buy another when this one gives up. Toxic broadheads will cut a BEAUTIFUL clover leaf right out of it, so be ware.

Yes those toxics do cut a hell of a hole in them don't they. I only shot mine a couple times with the toxics because of the mass damage.flightattendant100 wrote:I have one. It will be interesting to see what they say.
Many older internet reviews of the Woodland 14 aren't good, calling it a price point target with less durability.
Most seem to like the RhinoBlock.

I've had the 18 in 1 and currently have the rhinoblock. The rhinoblock is my favorite! For shooting the Toxics I always go to my club where broadhead targets are available. However, I must admit, my all-time favorite broadhead target, especially for toxics, is Boo's!

Maybe everyone coming to boofest this year should invest in a set of toxics. I'm sure Boo and his targets would love it. Lolpaulaboutform wrote:I've had the 18 in 1 and currently have the rhinoblock. From the horse's mouth:
The Woodland series foam is not as durable as our competition series foam. It is a lighter density foam so it does not hold up as well as the heavier density competition series foam.

Guess you can't argue with that. Nice when they're honest about their product usage.

I have a Rhinoblock, and I like it, and unlike some people who have had arrow removal issues, I've had no problems removing arrows.
