So now that all the work is long finished, how did the buck look when you butchered it and how's the meat? ...just curious. I'm betting it's perfect.

Perfect might be stretching it. Lost one roast's worth on the front shoulder on the impact side (not visible in the hanging pic - in the truck box pic you can just see where there is a bald spot up towards the front shoulder).

I know there's going to be damage from the impact. I meant, how was the quality of the processed meat?

Sorry - misunderstood the question. Yep got about 65-70 lbs of meat off that is perfect!
