I found that out the hard way! Lol
Correct me if I'm wrong but I found the new ceasefire is very close to the picatinny dimensions.
Really hoping Excalibur comes out with a ceasefire trigger for bulldog stocks available for purchase.

A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

I think you're right. It's certainly not Weaver. Per my caliper and uncalibrated eyeball, the slots are much closer to .206 (>.20) and center-to-center groove width is in the neighborhood of .40 +/- .01. So it looks Picatinny to me. Which is great, because that means accessories for either will fit.Carnivorous wrote: ↑Fri Sep 01, 2023 7:20 amCorrect me if I'm wrong but I found the new ceasefire is very close to the picatinny dimensions.

It is certainly a little frustrating since anything that is designed for Pic doesn't fit the stock excal gear without having the rail modified. Any brand name Red dot base or the tactical accessories immediately come to mind.

Duct tape and zip ties. Making Rednecks proud all over the south!!
Oh!! And don't forget baling wire either!!
I don't use weaver rails on anything. My personal protection stuff all wears picatinny.

Wanted to use one of the cantilever scope mounts on a Bulldog. I guess all of those are for an AR as the two i tried are both picatinny and dont line up with an Excal mount. I guess time for the file
