Re: Wraps or no wraps

I use wraps for good reason. Arrow retrieval and personalization. As well for good adhesion. When I hear about how hard it is to re-do if you lose a fletch, well, for me its a non issue. I can prep, clean , wrap, and fletch in a few minutes per arrow. So, to me its well worth it. Wraps help in the f...

Re: Just Asking

Well call me different!  Just found out the new charger crank will be available to fit on any Micro!!! Since I know that now I'm removing the deal on the Trader Forum! I will be picking up a New Charger for the Micro 355 and I'm sticking with it. Sew: Thank you for posing that question ...

Just Asking

Are the Micro Bows not selling much anymore? I am well aware of the prices they sell for in all the stores and Ebay. However, with the New Bows out are they not selling much? I myself would like the New Handicap friendly Assassin Bow which I need. And which I believe will sell lots!! Including lots ...

Re: Black Bear as tabel fair

I thought I would add this. Anyone who comes to my Bear camp is free. However, there is one rule that cannot be broken! If you harvest Bear, that night the tenderloins go on the grill. All the rest of Bear can go home with you. We cook them with only montreal steak spice. They literally melt on your...

Re: Black Bear as tabel fair

I have ate many many Bears! Never had a bad one yet. As I tell everyone at bear camp, get it cleaned properly, washed, and cooled asap! If you really want good steaks and roasts stick with Bears around 300 lbs and under. The smaller ones melt in your mouth!!! Please please, field dress properly! Tha...

Re: Sought after past models

Agreed. The 25th Anniversary Model is amazing. I had a left hand model, sold it to a well respected member who wanted to have and shoot one before he passed away. His name was Garyl. The oreo man! Gary was a straight shooter who helped many on here. However, I think that now I would like to have one...

Re: How fast are our arrows actually traveling at 100 yards ?

Well said Sew. I agree with just about every word said. Mostly I very much dislike the Ravin ads!!👺 Gives people a very bad influence oriented attitude. Like you, I also like a little longer hunting ranges. My field partner Al is always asking how far was it this time when he comes to help me. If yo...

Re: Speed, Weight, Accuracy

Paul is exactly correct!! Providing it doesnt go to a "very extreme." What I would suggest as a fun practice session, is to load a wack of different foc arrows and straight out arrow weight variences. I believe you will be quite amazed at what the different arrow combos will produce at different yar...

But , I also made sure that another one came soon after, or Im sure depression would soon sink in to deep. Re: eclipse xt

One of the Best looking bows made!! Had two or three of those and sold them each time after testing and
trying different string and arrow combo's. Should of kept one for the wall I think. Very nice purchase. Have fun and post some pics of shooting or hunting with it.
