Seems ok I guess? After zeroing it, then checking it a few days later there was no change. Took it hunting this morning and only saw a spike, which got a pass of course.
How exactly would loose trigger screws impact accuracy?

Got it all adjusted back to zero & shooting accurately. Not hunting again until Friday so I'll let it sit for a few days & check it again Thanksgiving evening. If all is good I'll be back hunting.
Thanks all for the help, I'll post an update to confirm whether its holding zero.

All the screws of the entire sightbridge/latch assembly were the first things checked; all were completely tight. Good to hear you're thinking the same as me, that the scope mount was just jarred by the impact. My only concern is if I were to make an adjustment that it settles back over time. I'll a...
