Re: What arrow weight do you prefer?
500 grains for my micro 335. Curious what your set up is. I've gotten tired of broadheads being destroyed on ribs and failure to get pass throughs when hitting bone. Any idea what your speed is? I don't have a chronograph and want to make sure the speed will still work with the speed ring on my sco...

Laminated limbs. The Pro Shot ACP trigger on every model. Lose the TD feature, we all know how to use allen wrenches.

Re: Mechanical head premature opening test (Graphic heavy)
I'm sorry, but I don't think these tests prove a thing. The NAP Spitfire was tested with bows as little as 4lbs to ensure the broadhead will open. So what actually opened these broadheads, the inertia of the shot or, most likely, hitting the sheet of paper? The only way to be 100% sure is with slow ...

I don't understand it...Not comfortable with firearms but ok with archery equipment? Can't rip on you too hard.. I married a man who was a nonhunter when we first met. I bought him a shotgun, a compound bow, and some fishing rods. He went fishing and bowhunting a couple times. That equipment is now ...

A friend and I just returned from Ohio. Killed two 10 point bucks using Spitfire 125 gr mechanicals. One at 20 yards and one at 40 yeads. Neither buck went 30 yards. Plus they are as accurate as practice points. First tried Wasp 100 gr mechanicals but they wouldn't fly straight. Hope this helps you...

I've tried both. I could not get thunderheads to group very well with my setup. That does not mean that they won't work perfectly fine in your's  Honestly, I just did not want to do the work and make the necessary adjustments to get those big heads flying correctly. I know of more than one arc...
