Go with the PR bullets, Ive been using them for a few years. Worked great in my Knight T-Bolt, and great in my Savage.

Hey Kendell, where did you get the thumbhole stock? I also have a .45/70, have had it for a few years, I use the Remington 300 grain hollow point, best ammo I have found for deer, dont have to chase them with that combo. Curdog
