My advice when building your own treestands if possible make a very large seat and make it extra close to the platform. Much more confortable if your knee is past 90 degrees and having a full seat that offers more then your bum is great and not something you get with factory treestands. IMO no seat ...

This one is funny, last few mins of light. It looks darker as the camera gathers light poorer then our naked eye.

Thanks and all is true. Ya can be naked and take deer...brrr. But I think the point is to be prepared for the biggest/smartest hog of a deer where everyone else has failed. Getting that deer might mean you're on your "A" game. What does the "A" game entail....
