Re: Where were you when the world stopped turning

I was just laying my head down after a night shift...pager went off an hour later and I was called back to police the airport in Vancouver. The next 3 days are a blur as we worked most of it with little rest. At the same time trying to process what had happened.

Lighter than stock quiver

Can anyone recommend a lighter than stock quiver that can attach horizontally?

Thanks

Re: Issue with red dot on a micro 355

Why not just eliminate the bore sighted all together and move the red dot to where the arrow hits? At bear camp now thinking about red dot sights on black coats. The Vortex Venom mounted on my crossbow is mounted furthest forward for both eye relief and fast handling. Sight in as suggested above. 👍...

Re: Issue with red dot on a micro 355

Ah gotcha that makes sense. I’ll just do it the old fashioned way like you said. Was just trying to save some time with the boresignter until I could get to the range.

Issue with red dot on a micro 355

I put a vortex venom red dot on the bow. I was using a laser bore sighted to help with zeroing but can’t get them to meet up at 30 yards. The weird part for me is that red dot sits higher than the bore sighter, but the dot sits lower than the bore sighter dot. Hope that makes sense. Kinda new to the...

Ya forgot the stock was different. I didn’t like the stock on the suppressor.

After studing the photo the other day i realized this was not a micro suppressor.
Another hundred bucks or so and it will be the same. Still a great deal

Got mine a few weeks ago at Cabelas for $999 CAN for the package including the C2 crank, a spare string, stringer, rope cocker and 4 arrows.
That’s the deal I got as well...loving the micro 355!
Although because I’d the bad influences on here I also bought a 360 take down last week :D :D :D

Re: Seem awful cheep for a micro 355

Seems like a normal price. They are bit cheaper now as they are not making the 355 anymore from what I understand.
I got mine with the c2 crank, tact zone etc...for $999cdn

Re: Owning four Excalibur’s

Im down to 1 !!! I like to tinker to much and over buy on accessories, i figure with 1 i can set and forget and practice on the 3d range and not have to worry come deer season. A little fine tune with the broadheads and im good to go. I really do want a suppressor though! 🙄🙄🙄 - Matt I can sell you ...

Re: Owning four Excalibur’s

This is a great thread! I was laying in bed last night wondering how I could justify more than one crossbow! Now I see it’s normal and I don’t need too lol! I only have a micro 355 right now and love it so far. I’m thinking of adding a 360 td for longer hike in hunts. Be much easier to attach to the...

Re: Just Lovin my Assassin 360

So now I’m debating between the 360td and assassin 360...went to bass pro to handle both. I prefer the weight of the 360td, but I like the stock and crank on the assassin. Just found that it fatigued my shoulders quicker than the micro. I have bad shoulders so weight is important for me. Decisions d...

Re: Just Lovin my Assassin 360

Does the crank system stay attached to the string when you shoot? Or does It have the hooks for the string like the charger xt?
Watched some videos but it’s hard to tell

....don’t know ‘bout the 355.... but the Assassin 360, although back heavy, once shouldered is very well balanced and not noticeable whatsoever...
