Re: AXE 340.... Very Pleased!
I love my Mag 340 in Kryptec Raid Camo. It looks like how a crossbow is supposed to look. I have not had a chance to shoot it since I purchased it but I have some stock Proflight 16.5” bolts along with 150GN BH’s and some Dragon Claws with lumenok which weigh the same. I only shoot lumenoks which ar...

Re: Quill Bolts and replacing the nocks?
Aren’t the BEE bolts only come at 18”, 20” and 22”? I have the MAG340 and they shoot 16.5” Proflight bolts. I also have the Bulldog 440 that takes 18” bolts. What kind of lumenoks would fit the stock non-lighted Proflight bolts? I have tons of 18” Proflight bolts but I want to put lumenoks in them b...

Re: If you had to replace your crossbow...
If you lost your crossbow (stolen, house burnt/heaven forbid, wife sold it at her garage sale, etc...), what new crossbow would you buy to replace it & why? Even though I am not new to bowhunting (35 years), I am looking to buy my first crossbow soon. I am drawn to the simplicity of Excalibur cross...

Cracked Excalibur Limbs
Hey guys! I have the 2019 Bulldog 440 in MOBUC and a 2020 MAG 340. I had to call Excalibur for new limbs on my Bulldog 440 because it started to delaminate after practice shooting about 20 bolts. Since I got the new limbs I have not had any issues and the only difference is that I’m using airbrakes ...

Re: Arrow and Bow combinations of forum members
I shoot a 250GN 18” Proflight bolt with 100GN heads/field-points with my Matrix Bulldog 440 and my MAG 340 in Kryptec Raid Camo with all the silencing gear less the ex-shox.

Re: Got me a Vortex Coming
Finally found one that I think is worth the price, and jumped on it thanks to a tip here that someone had one for sale on another forum. So far it's worked out great! More to come folks, might just become top dog for next year ! 8) :eusa-dance: :eusa-dance: [url=https://postimg.cc/N5PG25gt] https:/...

Re: first rabbit hunt
I had rabbit problems at my old townhouse and we had a wooden fence so I would practice outside. This rabbit came across the lawn like nothing was going on and I had my Bulldog 440 and I shot at it with a fixed BH and I almost sliced the rabbit in half. When it was hit, it’s rear legs kicked up and ...

Re: Vixen with Matrix Limbs possible?
Why would you want to go through all that trouble? Why not just buy a Matrix crossbow and call it a day? I have the Matrix Bulldog 440 and the MAG 340 in Kryptec Raid Camo and I was able to swap the limbs for fun but I don’t have a Vixen to try that on. Vixens are so old it wouldn’t be worth my time...

Re: Destruction Challenge LIVE!
Thks for reply. Like the scopes are bomb proof too. Like is stated, most scopes need resighting after falling over. Let alone the stuff u do to them. Impressive! Lol. I got a whole bag of the immatation m80 firecrackers. But I'm not gonna duct tape to my exomax limbs to test your theroy. The trick ...

Re: COVID-19 and effects to Excalibur Crossbow
Peter, You’re an awesome dude! I didn’t know you manage this part of Excalibur too. Now I feel bad for always emailing you but you just seem to be the “go to person” since I first spoke to you when I bought my brand new 2019 Bulldog 440. I’ll have to show you some pictures. I harvested 3 Doe’s and a...

Re: Excalibur taking a beating.
I had my right limbs splinter and I contacted Excalibur and within a week they sent me a new set of limbs and I also bought a spare set of limbs in case this is a common issue. Putting on new limbs seemed to solve the problem and I haven’t had any problems since then. I was partially at fault for th...

Re: Sighting In At Short Yardage
I have to shoot in my basement and can only get 18 yds. Should this be equal to 20 when sighting in? Should I be slightly high with my 20 yd mark? WTH. Your basement is big enough to allow you to sight in your bow at 18yards? Do you live in a mansion? That’s some crazy space. 18 yards in a basement...

Airbrakes and Accuracy Issues! Help!!!
I don’t know if anyone knows the answer to my question. So I have a set of airbrakes on my BD440 and I don’t know if there’s a correlation to my accuracy problems. I just replaced my limbs because the right limb had a splinter and had to be replaced. After installing the new limbs I installed the or...

Re: Where to get the original hardware for the Bulldog 440
Danny Miller’s # is (740) 483-2312 curious why your getting rid of the 440. I really like mine. Thank you! I don’t know who this Danny Miller guy but I’ll give him a call. I’m not trying to get rid of it right away, I just wanted to make sure I can put the bow back to OEM so it’ll be easy for me to...

Re: 340 axe usage
Lol. There’s no way I would be able to travel to Canada for a crossbow, especially one that I can get online for the same price and get airbrakes and the SDS kit along with it. Did you get a cranking device or are toy able to manually clock the bow? What’s the #age of the bow? 280? Thanks It's not ...
