I'm looking for a 'camp tramp' crossbow to lend out to the boys or as a back up for myself.

The model can be used or new, without a scope if that saves me money (I have a spare scope already).

What's the most dependable crossbow in 250-300$ range?

It would be cool if someone could post a video on how to mod the factory quills or how to mod an aftermarket bolt to fit the micro like you guys have done.

30 06 outdoor products recommend waxing the entire string, including the serving. I don't see a downside to doing that, wouldn't that help the OP concerns?

I'm planning on putting this scope on my Micro 335, with 100GR tips. I'm thinking a zero between 20-35yards.

Is the paralax giving you guys issues for those shooting rifle scopes?

Can I put my 3200 Elite 2-7x32 scope on my crossbow? Could I zero it for roughly 30 yards and expect minute of deer accuracy?
