Ultra dot. I use the match dot from them on everything from crossbow, shotgun, muzzleloader and a 45-70 pistol. Thousands of rounds combined and never a hiccup.
JDMAX
The Ultra Dot Match has a desirable feature, the ability to adjust MOA dot size from 2, 4, 6 and 8 MOA. All in at 4.8 oz I see.

Re: O/T Quarantine Day #5

After the kids and wife go to bed ,this might be a good time sip some Bourbon and detail your new brass if you have some extra time to kill. I don't mind forwarding via X POST the correct tools to uniform your primer pocket holes and de burr the flash holes. These little steps pay dividends and assi...

Re: Fletching Bolts Questions

I built 55 dozen arrows in the last year and my go to fletching glue is Vibra-TITE 362 Instant Super Glue. It dries fast and clear.

Next, I may suggest giving your Blazers a light scuff with medium sandpaper before cleaning and next, DO NOT you let your finger tip skin oil spoil any cleaned finish.

Funny...ever since the age of 19 I could not eat a hotdog in a bun and keep it down. Tried one at Costco one year ago and same thing.

Re: Re Dot sights

I suggest looking for one with a 3 MOA dot or less. I used a Vortex Venom 3MOA Reflex Sight successfully but moved to a Trijicon SRO 1MOA which is ideal for precise shooting and offering a larger sight window . A 2 MOA is ideally between the two if you can find one, they are offered but not sure in ...

Re: Mechanical head premature opening test (Graphic heavy)

DuckHunt, The Blob is a well performing broadhead target but hard on mechanical BH's. I use the softer/self healing Morrell High Roller target which I am pleased to mention has not damaged any of my mechanical s to date , not even a bent blade. Even more impressive the M. High Roller target stops ar...

Re: Mechanical head premature opening test (Graphic heavy)

Years back I was a huge Rocket Hammerhead fan and used triple bands placed in the most forward position toward the tip to prevent premature opening successfully but shot them only to about 370 fps. I might add that using fresh dental bands in important. Bands degrade when exposed to air, heat and mo...

Re: Multiple crossbows

I have owned many Excalibur Exo, Matrix and Micro series bows since 1991 ( liked them all), and to be honest I always opted for the fastest shooting one over the past many hunting years. Never been a fan of multi reticle or dot scopes either. My preference is to hunt better, get closer and put the d...

Wayne, if you really want her to roll her eyes just record your answering machine greeting with 20 seconds of turkey calling.
