Re: 380 vibration noise
A string made of Force 10 material by Vixenmaster (Mike) made all the difference on my 380.

Re: Just When You REALLY Get To Like A Broadhead
I wouldn't confuse a product being discontinued with being dropped by a retailer. I'm sure the broadheads just didn't meet the sales volume parameters set by that retailer.

Re: Matrix 330
The 330 is the "unsung hero" of the Matrix lineup. They just shoot well - no drama, lightweight, easy to cock, etc.

You don't need to heat until the part is red in color. Permanent Loctite breaks loose at approx. 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Re: Matrix 380 Grouping Problems
When making adjustments with the Excalibur scopes, I've had best results going one or two clicks beyond what I need, and then turning back a click or two to take up backlash.
IOW, if I need to go 3 clicks right, I'll put 4 clicks right on the scope, then add 1 click left, and shoot.

Re: new trigger
Many of the situations you describe call for "unloading" your bow by taking the arrow out and placing it in the quiver until you've climbed over a fence, or up into a Treestand.
2.5 lb triggers are perfectly safe as long as you practice safe handling practices (think firearms safety).

Re: season end crossbow put away???
Most of us leave ours strung year 'round. Some of us shoot them year 'round too, but the targets vary
