I don't have any pics, but there is a local group of us here that shoot 50 cal. competition at 1000 yds. Biggest problem is finding a place to shoot. Not to many 1000 yd. ranges. :wink:

sidekick,,,,, I have three made by Lowrance. I'm presently using an iFinder Hunt, which uses a SD card and am very happy with it. I also have and use a Map Guide 100 and a Map Guide Pro from Lowrance which I also use and am very happy with them. Lowrance has come out with an iFinder Hunt C [color]....

Best gps unit

I'm shopping for a gps unit. I'd thought I'd ask you good folks your experiences with different units. My price range is up to about $250 to $300. There's lots out there and I was curious how much of the gizmos are just bells and whistles and how much of it is actually useful.

Anybody know anything about the carbon arrows that Barnett sells?... quality, who makes them, etc....? I found some 22" carbons very cheap, but I'm not going to get them if the quality is sub-par. I also don't know what the arrow dia. is...are they the same dia. and weight as the excal's?

Arrow case...

Has anyone bought one of the arrow cases advertised in the Horizontal Bowhunter mag.? It looks pretty sweet...and holds everything in the world...but if it dosen't hold up to well, it's not worth the $90 dollar price tag.

Trigger latch...

When shooting my exocet this weekend, I started noticing that the string would not latch when cocking. You would here it click like it was cocked but the catch would not engage. It you flicked the saftey on and off a couple of times it would then latch. Do I need to spray anything into the assembly ...
