10 Point Buck taken in Nashville Suburbs

Finally got the chance to take the 10 point buck I have been hunting for the past 2 months. I have seen this buck several times. On the Friday 11/24, the buck bedded down 120 yards from my stand at the top of a ridge. I spent the next 90 minutes watching him. Finally, he stood up and walked away the...

I would not worry about being 10 yards from the trail. I do it all the time, and just minimize my odor.

Nothing beats the excitement of getting the first buck with a crossbow. You know you can do the deal when the monster comes by. Good luck on the rest of the season.

What a great story. It does not get any better than that. They will always remember their first deer. Thanks for sharing the pics. Looks like you have your hands full. When you can coach them successfully in deer hunting, I can't help but think they have to give you credit when you give them advice ...

I purchased my Exomax last April and had the exact experience sighting in the crossbow in a strong crosswind, it had no effect. What surprises me is I have had 3 daughters play high school soccer in the Nashville area. Everyone of those referees was virtually blind. Are you sure you can tell the dif...

Customer Service that exceeds expectations. I had a problem with a defective string that pull off the lip of the limb tip. I requested overnight shipping at my expense the limbs were covered under warranty. The next day the replacement limbs arrived and in time to use them on a hunt that week. I hav...

If you used photobucket, I deleted my picture and then started the steps to upload the picture. Before I pushed the upload button, there is an image size option with a message board size. I edited my message and that did the trick for me. Good Luck.

First Crossbow Deer - 8pt & Doe

A couple of Saturdays ago I harvested an 8 pt and a doe. The conditions were perfect and I was hunting a saddle and saw a total of 16 deer that morning. I took the 7th doe that came by. She was a mature doe and dropped after 50 downhill yards. The wind was coming from the right direction and it was ...
