Re: Crossbow Poll on AT

I agree with old archer. I grew up the same way not liking to shoot a compound, it was too complicated and easy. I love the look and simplicity of a longbow or recurve and making my own arrows. I used to feel like compound shooters had a real advantage over me in alot of aspects ie let off , sights ...

Re: NC possible full inclusion for 2010-2011 season

I couldn't agree with you more. At least being allowed during the gun season instead of trying to do away with it all together is definitely better than nothing at all. I will keep everyone posted on this , i should know more pretty soon.

NC possible full inclusion for 2010-2011 season

I have been following this for so long , i hope the light will get brighter here shortly for NC. Last year after many public hearings with NCWRC the public voted for full inclusion of crossbows. NC bowhunters association had other ideas and used a loop hold involving a 10 letter rule to stall the ru...

Re: STS Schock Suppressors broke my fast flight string!

I also have the STS on my vortex. I still shoot the excel strings because i want the forgiveness of that type of string. I cut an 1/8" off the posts upon installation because if i left as is , it rested too much against the string. Mine is touching the sring with no gap and i have not had a pro...

Re: Hunting Equipment Theft

Grizz must live in the ideal place because here in Blounts Creek NC you can have it locked , bolted etc and they will still find a way to get it. Down here your best chance is to not leave it in the woods very long. I had a friend of mine had three buddy ladder stands taken out of a swamp this past ...

Re: Excalibur Hard Case (with pictures)

I dropped them an email about cost / S&H. They told me it would be $160.00 just for shipping to the states via UPS.Said it may be a little cheaper to go regular mail but they didn't know. That is alittle to costly for my blood and that doesn't include the price of the case. Nice case but i'm not...

Re: Converting them over one at a time.

I'm with Bstout , if it doesn't say excalibur i'm not interested. I think here in the states they really don't push excalibur products like they should . Most dealers try and push ten point or horton here. I really think shows like deer city USA are good for pushing excalibur products and getting th...

Re: Excalibur Hard Case (with pictures)

I have a few questions about this case. First will it fit a thumbhole stock ( can't tell if your is or not) . What are the dimensions and weight of the case empty? Are you really satisfied with the case? Thanks CB

Bogs Boots

Does any one have any experiences to share with purchases of Bogs Boots? Me and my brother both bought pairs at relatively the same time and have had nothing but problems with them. Soles coming off or loose, Fading , and leaking. For $100 bucks i expected a little more than this. Let me know if oth...

Anyone heard anything about a hardcase for Excaliburs. I was told sometime this summer so i was just wondering what you guys have heard. I have the new soft case i just want somthing that can take more abuse, like being strapped to the back of an ATV and not have to worry about my equipment!

I have this sight on my vortex , and love it. It is a more simplistic sight. Although it has no magnification i still love it. I highly recommend it!
