Re: Air Break ?
I have also been told by a reliable source that the rubber pads do not last long. I have the air brakes on my 405 and Micro, they take away a lot of vibration and some noise. But I also have my rails filled with foam, stirrup wrapped with rubber splicing electrical tape and the camo tape on top of ...

Re: Problem with Crank on a Vortex
You may have it hooked up wrong from the crank on the right side it goes down to the hook on the string on the right side it comes back and around the grouve below the safety then back down to the hook on the left side and back up to the crank. Do you have hooked up this way?

Re: Speed ring setting on Hawke XB 30 pro on 405 matrix
Correction. It is actually set at 330 now, not 360 as I posted. I set it at 400 at 20 yds. then went to 330 at 30yd. because of the drop in POI. My biggest problem is living in the city. Most outdoor ranges outside the city are set up for gun distances. When shooting at 30 yards are you using the 3...

Re: Your opinion on a Camo project
This is one Hydro-graphic pattern that would look awesome on an Excalibur Bow. I would do it in the Forest Wolf Wolves Pattern, it comes with a white, yellow or pink background. I would go with either the white or yellow background. You can view at this link. http://gobigbrain.com/product/34...

I think I figured out a way to start practicing soon...... Anyone have a crank for my matrix that will loan it to me for a couple months? Just until my hernia surgery heals, then you can have it back  There is one for sale on Archery Talk at this link. http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthr...

Re: Leupold crossbones scope
The 60 yard marker is very usable, the speed ring on scopes is a reference point only. Adjust your speed ring down in fps for the 60 yard marker.

Re: Twisted limb ???
On my M380, the string seems centered on the left limb (uncocked, at brace height) but on the right limb it seems to be 40/60 above and below the limb. I think I may change strings to see if changes occur; however, I'm in the middle of varmint hunting and don't want to rock the boat any. 405 riser ...
