Older vixen

Looking at buying an older vixen with carved tip limbs. Question is if those limbs are easily replaced or upgradeable to msgtip limbs ?

Re: Antler Traps

Never tried it either so very interested to see what everyone has to say. I have heard of people using netting or fencing beside a feeder placed in a tight vee so that bucks have to push their antlers into the mesh to get feed. When they get close to dropping hopefully the mesh plucks them off befor...

Awesome Warranty!

First off congratulations to the folks at EX-cal for such awesome service and rock solid warranty. Discovered a cracked lib on my 07 exomax and had a new pair on in about a week. Archers nook in London took care of everything. They are a great bunch of guys down there too. I would highly recommend t...

Re: deer wrestling (poll)

Th man vs wild guy really pisses me off. He is supposed to show others how to survive on their own in various climates. In this reindeer episode he uses his camera man to help him push the deer into the trap. After he kills the deer he loses it in a very stupid attempt to cross a waterfall with a ho...

lumizone

I love my lumizone but will probably never use the illumination anyway. It has the largest objective lense of any crossbow scope I have ever seen and therefore is a "brighter" scope in lower light conditions than all others. I find the crosshairs blinding when on in low light and when hunt...

parker bows

they are junk, and their "lifetime Warranty" is useless this side of the border
they couldn't even bother to answer my e-mail about where to find new limbs and a stock after my terminator terminated itself
most dedicated archery shops won't carry them due to these warranty issues
