Re: Take care of your string, it's easy
On the old longer exo series that l love the strings....even the factory ones last forever. The heavy poundage micros eat strings and servings like a snack. It's just what your gonna get with a severe string angle and more pounds on a limb. It's all a tradeoff. My exomax is the same serving barely ...

Re: Take care of your string, it's easy
I was leaving my hunting spot on friday as I got up I stepped on the left side of the bow limb and pushed down into the mud lol Now I got to take it off and clean and rewax it. As far as serving on the factory strings I barely get past a shooting session without having to replace a worn serving . I ...

Re: Exodus Lift II Trail Cam
Years ago when the cams sucked and the support was really bad I got into the homebrew cams and made my own man talk about an addiction ! You used to be able to pic up used digitals on ebay for 10 bucks and convert them but then as more got into it the old cams got to be too expensive and hard to get...

Re: OT \ Ticks
I used to get a bunch of ticks on me every spring and I usually travel to a half dozen states/provinces minimum in the spring chasing toms but since I started using the permetherin spray I have only ever found one tick on me and that was at the end of the season and I'm sure the spray was wearing off.

Re: Removing the "wraps"
Just a thought but thru my extensive experience with drop away rests my concern would be why is the rest not getting out of the way fast enough. There should be minimal wear on the felt or shrink tubing when set up and working correctly. for me i have very little experience with drop aways ...

Re: Removing the "wraps"
I don't have wraps on my compound arrows and I still get damage to the felt on the drop away rest I just cut the sticky part of a bandaid off and use it to replace the felt once it is too bad to shoot without noise from the rest .

Re: Doink and Crunch !!
Went out and shot this morning and just to show how bad my luck is at 10 yards the arrow was off and hit the side of the target causing the arrow to split in half lol So got another arrow adjusted the site and 4 shots later was hitting the bullseye at 20 and the bullhead I put on was only off an inc...

Re: Doink and Crunch !!
Was out of town for a week killing turkeys just got home and there was a packege from Excaliber. To my suprise they sent the whole front end including a new string of course above what I expected for service. At first gance it looks identical to the one I took off . Can't wait to get out and fling a...
