what is insta-cure and where could I get it?

I tryed it last year....

Stuffed with bread stuffing and slow roasted for a long time. Came out as tender as a tendeloin, but tasted like liver. I ate it, but not exactly something I would ever crave.

I use firebolts with 150gr boltcutters. Great accuracy, but the inserts do not stay in. Beware when using Brodhead on target.

I boned out one of the hind legs of my fist deer this year, and kept it whole. I want to cook it as part of my annual wild game dinner. I have a smoker, oven and rotissery on a large grille. Any suggestions on how to make this the hit of the party? I have never cooked a whole leg before.

I am not going to lie to you, this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I'll save my pics and stories for the blind from now on :? . Unfortunately I don't have a local game warden and a biologist who can edit my pics before I post them :wink: Good luck in the rest of the season guys and gals.... ...

We decided to try something new this year...actually hunting moose with a tag in hand. We are usually forced to calf hunt near Wawa, because we never get picked. This year we put in much further north and got a bull tag for the archery season....at least we would have a chance this way. We headed up...
