POI Shift

I just fletched some arrows that seem a little off target. When I rotate the arrow on the rail, changing the cox vane, the POI for that arrow rotates in the same direction. Is the problem in the vanes or my fletching? Blazer vanes, 2 degree right offset, Jojan Fletcher and clamp, Gold tip Laser II a...

Re: 2" vanes Vs. 4" vanes

I am one of the few who can not shoot blasers, they hit the sides of the riser with enough force to deflect the one inch at 20 years and 2 or more inches at 30 yards. How/why???? Have no idea. I have a vane rub on the left side of the groove and a hit mark on the right side of the riser just after ...

Re: 2" vanes Vs. 4" vanes

Heard alot of mixed views on this, will the 2 " vanes such as blazers or others rub on the rail when fired . I have an equinox. I am one of the few who can not shoot blasers, they hit the sides of the riser with enough force to deflect the one inch at 20 years and 2 or more inches at 30 yards....

I take a section of 2 by 4 inch welded fence 48 inches high and make cages 2 or 3 feet in diameter. Removing the bottom wire forms "spikes" that let you push the wire cage into the ground. Once made they work 24/7/365. This has stopped tree damage caused by hungry deer.

I have figured out what the blazer vanes are hitting. There is an expanded space in the riser at the end of the rail. I measure the space at 35.25 mm to 35.30 mm. The difference is probably me. It appears that if there is little rotation the vane does not hit or does not hit hard enough to effect th...
