Re: Doe down...question about hanging?
Thanks for the advice, think I'll be cutting it up on Sunday. I know in the past with the group hunt we let 24hrs slide but 2 - 21/2 days is a little to much. As far as brace height goes the picture is deceiving. The bow is tilted back a bit in the pic so you can't see but I'm about 1/8" off th...

Doe down...question about hanging?
Here's a pic of this mornings doe. I wasn't in the stand for more than 1/2 hr, story will follow just can't now...to much to do. Anywho I have a question about hanging. The doe's up in my garage right now. Below is a link to my local weather forecast. It's around -5 right now but warming up in the n...

Re: Matrix Help Needed ASAP
You have to reengage the rope cocker, take the weight of the string off the latch (like you would if decocking the bow, this frees up a hand to push the latch up). Once the string is out of the way you can push the anti-dry fire arm to lift the latch. Once the finger is up then you can let the strin...

Arrows for Matrix
Can I use Gold Tip Laser II's with 100gr brass inserts on the matrix 380. Looks like it shoots the same arrow weight but just want to make sure. Basically I have 20" bolts and I want to cut them down to 18", glue in new 100gr inserts and use my 100gr slick trick magnums with them. Is this ...

Re: Dawn - Excalibur Cust. Serv. - Great Gal
Another cudo to Dawn, replaced a scope under warranty, sent replacement out to me before receiving defect so I didn't loose out on any of the season.
Thumbs Up!

Re: Lighted nocks
I shoot lumenoks and love them. They are THE brightest and yes you can see them in daylight. Just put in the lumenok no need to shorten. The end of the bolt has to be square to ensure conductivity so a little prep is req'd. I'm in canada and paid $35 for 3 so they are not cheap but newer models the ...

What bolt setup is everyone using?
I'm new to the game and just got my brand new (slightly used) Equinox....it's a shooter! Anyways, it came with 4 Gold Tip II's and I'm looking to get some more arrows. I will be shooting luminok's, blazer vanes, slick trick magnums with 100 grain brass inserts but undecided if I want to stick with t...
