I'll buy it if you can't reach the trigger  :)   Its LOP is long when measured but it feels just about normal. I was talking to Danny who just raves about the RevX and mentioned the LOP. He didn’t believe me so he went and measured it. Can’t say on the forum what he said beca...

Re: Canning Venison ?
Maybe some of the older member will chime in. It was a pretty hot topic a few years ago ( you can probably search for it) I canned some. It worked and meat is super tender.

Re: Deer Bacon/Deer Spam
A friend takes his venison that he is going to grind and instead of adding beef fat he uses bacon ends and pieces from the meat market. Makes great burgers

Re: New TOTA 3 blade broadhead
Are these stainless? Just curious as carbon steel is much easier to sharpen. ( and I have diamond and ceramic flat stones😁) They are carbon steel, not stainless. With the right gear, you can get these crazy sharp. The 3-blade is real easy to sharpen. Just lay each side on a flat stone and slide it ...

Re: Turkeys
Colton and I drew out on area lake Benbrook. It is fairly close( 45 min. ) and there are some birds. You are limited to archery. We have had good luck with the old FOC broadheads so I guess that is what I I use. I am really looking forward to it. Permit is for first half of season, starting Mar. 30t...

Re: Blood trails
It is better in many ways to place your arrow lower. Blood trails sooner and insurance in case the deer drops. If you are shooting from an elevated stand, an entrance higher than an exit make for quick blood trails and if shot placement is correct, quick recovery. Elevated stands aren’t always poss...

Re: Wild Game Cooking

I got a third place!!😁 it wound up being 15 pots of chili in it so it wasn’t a huge competition but … and yes I put some bea...
