I have a 08 Phoenix that I recently installed the S5 system on and will definitely remove the dissipator bars,if this is true.

A couple of you folks have mentioned taking the D pads off when removing the string.I need to ask why?...mostly because I've had my string off now since last December and did not remove the D pads.

I have an 09 Phoenix that is on it's 2nd string.I'm not certain of the string make but all of my equipment came from Danny Miller so,I believe it's a Excal Flemish. The 2nd string has very little shooting on it but,I've noticed that 2 or 3 strands of the string are broken about 5 " from the tip...

I have adopted the practice of the rubber band on the safety until I have full control of the crossbow: from the atv to the actual stand unless I have both hands on the bow.
