Well got a chance to shot again tonight and everything went perfect! Shot a nice doe at 18 yards with a Rage 2-blade and the deer went 20 yards stopped...did a back flip and was stone cold dead in less than 45 seconds! Used the 10 yard chevron right on the heart this time...The Rage left a 4" c...

I have Blazers on my V-Bow and really like them. Got the stock arrows that came with my Vortex and will give them a try. I have a Arizona EZ Fletch with right helical arms but with since the blazers are so short it puts more of an offset than a helical. Hopefully they will work so I dont have to get...

First just want to thank everyone for the help. Went out today determined to figure out what happened. What I found was 2 things. My 20 yard marker is about 1 1/2" high at 15 yards. The 10 yard marker is dead on. My first test shot revealed what I think my problem was. When I shot, I missed the...

Always aim for the top of the heart, that way if it ducks the arrow it will still hit the lungs. If it's a close shot like yours and you aimed for the top of the heart you would of had a dead deer. The arrow would have hit dead center on the deers chest. yep..that was my only mistake. If I would ha...

I've been having a problem with my crossbow suddenly (and unpredictably) shifting POI. I can sight in at 25 yards then a few days or even weeks later it will suddenly jump 2 - 3" high at 25 yards. In the process of trying new rings (have them ordered) first to see if that helps. Hmm Ill have t...

At 15 yards out (45 foot) and 5 yards up (15 foot)...the ten yard inverted chevron...the 20 yard crosshair and the 30 yard chevron should have been in the boiler room even on the smallest of deer if your using the vari/lumi zone scope......Moment of truth....you choked.....reality is a SOB  I ...
