I have a unconventional way of keeping screws from vibrating loose I have a metal ladle on natural bees wax I melt on the stove and then dip the threads in before mounting works great and does not seize when you want to remove screws. I thought the only difference between the Equinox and the Exomax was thumb hole verses standard stock I do not know what a carved tip is all about.

Their is plenty to be proud of you got it done!
I have had spine shots that drop the deer in their tracks that require a second arrow not fun but has to be done.
He is a dandy can you give us the details what broadhead do you use?

I use the boot blankets with goose down booties and a hand warmer under my arches and it keeps me very warm.I wher the muck boots to get out there and switch to the blanket/bootie on stand.

I have a nice outdoor setup a covered broadhead pit that is useable all year and also a a portable target that works well.
I did a quick sighting in today took 3 shoots to hit dot at 10 yards and a few shots at 20 and 30 and I am pertty much ready to hunt .

I shoot .44cal hornady xtp 300 grain bullets out of my muzzel loader and they preform great.
I am sure they would do well out of your hand gun becouse that is what they were desinged for.
