Have no issues with the deer. Easy pass thorughts at 45 and 30 yards last year. After all my resarch I ha...

Re: Gun Registry

Helmut, I apologize for my "knee jerk" reaction to your post, it was not only out of line but it also lacked the respect you deserve for what you have contributed to this sport. I take this stuff to heart and should have spent a few moments digesting what you said opposed to respond so qu...

Vote not likely until Monday or Tuesday, while the PM is still in China currently, selling our oil. ;) He has to sell it somewhere. It would seem our friends to the south dont want it right now  It's quite a bit more complicated than that unfortunately - and i don't blame them for not taking i...

Re: Gun Registry

I was a hand gun safety instructor here in Ontario, I own many long guns to this day. One of my hobbies was collecting gun accident(not one can be considered an accident) clippings specifically involving the use of hand guns. I can tell you for sure that stupid people do stupid things. You cannot l...

Re: Gun Registry

Well i have waded through six pages of this discussion and feel the need to chime in now. The USA bases its gun ownership on a 300 year old document. This document was written in a very different time than today by some very forward things fellas for sure. They clearly saw the writing on the wall fr...

Re: Foiled break in attempt.

We have a monster Akita and she is extreamly protective of our persons and home. I love having the big gal around.
Only thing that scares me is here in Canada we are likely to be sued by the bad guys because our dog bit them on our property and thats no joke.
Grats to you mastiff.

Another Use For An Equinox

Watched a show last night called Hairy Bikers. Its a cooking show believe it or not. These guys go around the USA cooking and sometimes hunting meats. Re: O/T - Canadian Gun Registry - Your Thoughts?

Well here are my thoughts. I basically had no problem with the thought of a registry for any firearms(mine included). My big beef and I'm sure many others was the way and reason it was brought in. The registry was a knee jerk reaction to a lot of pressure created by womens groups(no offense just tru...

I have the Summit Goliath SS. Love it. Roomy and relativley light to pack around. It is rated for 350lbs. I am no where near that but well into 200lbs. I sit on the the upper while I pull the foot plate up with no problem. After seeing Secret's problem I will now begin taking a close look into the j...
