Re: The beast got new wings!
Did you have to send your old limbs back to them :?: Glad your back in the saddle buddy!! :D Yup, I sent them the limbs. It's sure nice to get confirmation like this that says I made the right decision to buy Excal. That and the enormous amount of friends I've made over the last five years on this ...

The beast got new wings!
If anyone recalls, last hunting season I splintered a limb and kept hunting and shooting with it till spring. A month ago I decided to call Dawn and get some new limbs. I found her to be very funny, engaging, and personable. No questions were asked about dryfires or anything other than my return add...

Re: ADF paid for itself!
Excal's bows can take an incredible amount of abuse and still do the job it was intended to do. Glad your semi-dryfire was just a small glitch in your day. Welcome to the "I can't believe I just did that" club.

Re: Mineral sites.
I use rack n stack in rotten cottenwood logs. Like said abovementioned, the deer eat the whole log. Once in spring and once in early fall.

Re: Exomax String Damage
Welcome to the forum family. :D If you need, I have some extra aluminum flat nocks I could spare. No charge. Ditch the old string and take up xcaliburs offer of a new string. He is a good stringmaker with a heart of gold, like most of the fine folks on this forum. Where do you hail from btw? Happy s...

Holy Antique Roadshow! I would get it appraised before refinishing. It looks hand carved to me, fairly old and maybe valuable. You never know, it may be a diamond in the rough. Me like!

Re: winter was very rough on deer! (pics)
Another fairly mild winter in mid to lower B.C. I've seen many mulies and whitetails and all have looked healthy. It makes me wonder because you would think the ticks would have a hayday with milder winters also. Yet every deer except for one that I harvested had few ticks. Go figure.

Re: Not life time warranty *** pics added**
Welcome to the forum. After looking at the pics I believe that you have a valid problem. I just checked the beast and there is some definite wear. If it starts to eat ropes I will build it back up with an appropiate epoxy instead of sending it back. It would definitely be cheaper to repair than pay f...

Re: Huntin Tree Rats
Hiya Mike. Get the glasses. Five years ago I finally admitted to my self that I needed them and havn't looked back. Suddenly I could see that ear flicking at fifty yards or longer. The turning of a pheasants head now catches my eyes now instead of thinking its a leaf moving. It's a huge difference a...
