Re: Once Again----Lest We Forget---

Great Video! Thanks for posting.

May God bless our men and women serving our country. Veterans Day is an event that should come around more often that once a year. Every American should keep our troops in their daily prayers.

God Bless,
TG

Re: Terrible Fight!

Amen! coyotes are pack animals by nature. Anyone that thinks these rascals won't tear up the wild life is kidding themselves. They are hard core predators and a major game eating machine. Deer, Turkey, Quail, Grouse, and live stock. They are nothing but a miniature wolf in every way. I smokem every ...

Re: Is He a Shooter?

Is he on your property, a lease, or public land? Is this your first deer this year or first deer period? If you think he will make it till next season let him breed. If he is on a place that has a lot of pressure then I'd take him. I'd rather eat Does than horns anytime and generally fill the freeze...

Re: Terrible Fight!

That's well worth the cost of a BH and bolt. I usually carry a beater bolt and broadhead that will still shoot straight just for this cause. Nice job! Every hunter owes it to the conservation of our sport to keep our game in check. We are eat up with Coyotes, Bobcats, and Pigs down this way. I usual...

Re: Hold onto your hat!!!

The wind has been screaming here in TN for the past three day with burst of heavy rain. Today we are expected to get the weather out of Texas that spawned the tornado there yesterday. I wonder what took it so long seems like 40 mph winds would have gotten it here quicker. LOL I was up in a huge whit...

Re: Excalibur Satification???

I've had my Equinox for about three years now. I bought it because of all the good reviews from friends and internet reads. I liked what I had heard about the lifetime transferable warranty. However, I have never had to use it and don't expect to... I try to take care of my hunting investments :wink...

Re: Are you serious?

Yeah- probably true about folks using crappy equipment. But we all know that all it takes is a hit in the boiler room with a good sharp broadhead to efficiently take game. It can be done with a 45 pound longbow. I really think this guy is running a hidden agenda here. Otherwise, why allow a crossbow...

Re: Are you serious?

Hmm, IMO I'd say that the reason for not allowing Xbows on archery land is a lot of folks still think of Xbows as Deadly Rifle like instruments of mass destruction. When in reality they are horizontal bows with the same range of lethality of a vertical bow. I will admit that the Xbow has the advanta...

Re: ground level with a 8pt snort wheezing

Really cool experience! You are right, this buck being this active this early in the season...he will be a rabid buck when the rut really kicks in. I don't think I would want to be on the ground and test him when he is in full swing with the rut on. He may not be so friendly as to circle at 20 yards...
