Re: Vendetta rangefinder

I'll pick one up the next time I go the states. Less hassel. I guess I wouldn't save that much with duty by having it shipped. I'm not sure if the Vendetta counts under the new regulations, but, you may want to check first before risking an encounter with law enforcement at the border if you're cau...

Re: Vendetta rangefinder

I had the same shipping problem buying a scope over the border. It was b/c they are nitrogen filled. I ended up buying it off of eBay though. Considering the vendetta on eBay has shipping costs for our area, I would assume they would ship. That being said, there's a possibility customs might open i...

Re: sad way to start a new year ( OT )

Sorry to hear about this Ed. Where I used to work, I saw many reports on the drugs being in the possession of individuals or being taken by individuals for the sake of selling them on the street. The street value of those pills is incredible, which is a clear sign that the drugs themselves are very ...

Hey R.J....I knew that Goliath would hold you in it...but not you and your truck. That's quite the stand from Summit!

Sorry about your truck. Hope you can at least salvage something off that deer...looks like it got whacked pretty good.

Re: Forum meet & greet- Sat. Feb 5th? (date change?)

Sounds like a plan Monica. Not sure if I'll be shooting this year, but, I'll certainly come out afterward. Last year I shaved my head to raise funds for this event, as some would recall and ended up with $480.00 for a very worthy cause that has deeply effected my family. Since my hair has remained r...

Re: coyote bounty for all of Ontario

A bounty is going to cause far more problems than it will do good. The best method is education in the hunting community regarding why everyone should not only monitor the number of deer or other species on the properties they hunt, but monitor the coyote population as well and take appropriate acti...

Re: Coyote's Rule

I went out toward the end of December to one area I hunt and saw nothing but coyote tracks...lots of them. Going to get my hands on a rifle and hopefully knock down a few. I just haven't been able to get them into shotgun range when I have gone out specifically targeting them, but, have been able to...

Re: Christmas Gift exchange

Thanks for the great gift Bugs! Being an amateur chef, the cookbook was the perfect thing to garner some new ideas from. Plus, I can always use yet another spice to add to my already overflowing pantry for another option, so the spices will be used. Unfortunately, my daughter has already stolen the ...
