Re: How cold is cold for you?
I was out last night in single digits, as long as the wind is moderate it's doable. Can't seem to get the toe warming gig just quite right yet, not bad but a reminder of the cold. Late season hunts are a highlight of the season, deer move and if there is a food source, good chance you'll see deer...

Wouldn't You Know It
Hunted this evening looking to fill a late season private doe tag. About 5:10 I had four deer coming in over my left shoulder waiting for them to get closer for a better look. First one buck second one buck all four were bucks, great none big enough to take with my restricted buck tag. I had my Rine...

Just A Heads Up
Sunday morning here in MI had a close friend before daylight have a bird of prey try to redecorate his forehead. Scared the sh*t out of him he said, never seen it or heard it until after he got whacked. I'm thinking a young owl by the looks of the talon marks? Hunters beware, game on...

Thanks Dan, for the post.

Black Eagle Vane Question
Hey guys and gals question. Purchased Black Eagles maybe three years ago now? Had a buddy making an order recently so I picked up a few more. Just now took a look, I noticed the vanes “blazer” has a slight change in shape from my earlier purchase. I’m thinking they may fly the same, maybe? Anyone ha...

Re: Scentlok ozone thingy?
The Ozonics HR 200 has come down in price. The unit is very packable, takes less then two minutes to mount fire up and be in working order. Most seem to forget that the deer that are close to your stand or ground blind know your there. Unless you can move along the dirt beneath your feet unlike a pr...
