Re: Micro 335 warranty repair wrong ?
Hi Peter, I will do the measurement tonight. Can you confirm that the speed will not be affected with the new limbs angle slightly backward without having a longer rail? As for the photobucket issue, I use a different site for the picture in the first post. Thank you, There may be a small reduction...

Re: Micro 335 warranty repair wrong ?
For any Micro 335 warranty with the older version riser we will automatically replace it with the updated version to avoid any riser induced limb issues. The riser would not create a tiller issue but it is possible the limbs could be slightly off. Measure from where the limb exits the riser to the s...

You should see the new manual very soon, I saw one of the final drafts a few days ago. Once complete, the manual will also be available for download from our website. I will let everybody know once the new manual is released.

Re: EXCALIBUR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!
Thanks for all the kind words. We opened our new warranty center in Port Huron last fall and it has worked out very well for us. Our tech Conrad is very good and is doing a great job looking after warranty repair in the area. We're not publicizing the address yet since we are not setup for walk-in t...

Re: Assassin String advice
I've been away at a trade show and just read through this thread. First off, 50 shots from an Assassin string is not what we've been seeing in the extensive testing we did on this crossbow. I just talked to our team who did the Harrisburg show and they only replaced the string once and that Assassin...

Re: WTF? Excalibur 100gr Fixed blade
Actually, we'll be selling a 100 grain Boltcutter this year. It's not on our website yet but it is listed in our 2018 catalogue: http://www.excaliburcrossbow.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/2018_EXCALIBUR_CATALOG.pdf For years we had a 100 grain Wasp broad head that worked fine, we just found the hea...

Re: TRIGGERTECH
After listening to youtube videos of a cross bow being fired, I think most of the noise is caused by the string being released from the steel pin. Don't hear that noise when a vertical bow string is released. A vertical bow is operating with way less draw weight and the string does not travel down ...

Re: Assasin
Peter, with all due respect you guys need those videos too. I think a lot of concerns disappear once people realize just how easy some of these things are. Jmho. I agree 100% and we are working on the videos but a lot of our team is off doing shows so its taking a little longer. We do have some ass...

Re: Assasin
the extra steps to adjust strings, Actually, changing the string is easier on the Assassin. All you need to do is run the stringing aid behind the trigger assembly and crank it up until the string becomes loose. Then crank it down and remove the stringing aid, its like having a built in bow press! ...

Re: The new Excalibur crank
Feel like they kinda let us lead ourselves to believe all the newer stocks were going to be able to be retrofit with a cranking device on them new lugs,,,, not an adapter plate! JMHO :( Thanks for the feedback, the plate reinforces the area with the 2 holes and provides a solid metal piece to make ...

Re: The new Excalibur crank
Hey Peter, can we get a color change? The marketing guys went with the company blue to spice it up a little bit I kind of like it myself. I think when you see and use the new crank you will appreciate it more. Like Don said, its smaller, easier to use, silent and the rope retracts, it works well. I...
