Re: Wrong on not Shipping Limbs

What you guys are seeing is the automated email sent by our RMA system. What it is referring to is if you wanted something like a scope shipped ahead of sending one back for warranty we charge you for the scope and when we get it back we credit your card. We have been screwed so many times on warran...

Re: Excalibur Summer Promotion Email -Canadian's Read Fine Print

We understand why Canadian customers are upset about the recent summer specials promotion however it was not intended to offend or alienate anybody. This consumer promo is only applicable in the US market because we do not currently have a Canadian E-com site where consumers can redeem their promo c...

Barry from Woody's Sporting Goods

I have recently been informed that Barry from Woody's Sporting Goods passed away Tuesday after losing his battle with lymphoma. I knew Barry well as he was a great supporter of Excalibur crossbow products and has been a warranty center for many years. He was a great guy and could fix pretty much any...

Re: Logging in to the Forum Problems

OK, we will keep working on this. We may need to change this software completely and go to a new format, this style of forum software is really old and prone to all kinds of issues. We'll keep everybody posted.

Re: Doink and Crunch !!

Timbrhuntr, PM me your details and we'll look after it. Strange to have that many issues with one crossbow but I guess anything can happen. We are always looking at ways to make things better, I'm sure we can make your Micro reliable as there are thousands in the field that have never broke a limb. ...

Re: ACP Trigger

I was mistaken with my previous post, after some investigation we discovered the Pro-Shot trigger will not fit any models with the synthetic mainframes as the trigger arm does not properly fit through the opening. Our website not correctly lists what models can be retrofitted with the new trigger. S...

Re: New Style Limb Recoil Bracket Screws

One problem with the either the full screw kit or just a limb kit would be for people who have a bow that either came plain or a suppressor package. You'd have to either include both limb hardware bolts in the kit, or have two different kits based on the bow's configuration. Agreed, that is one of ...

Re: New Style Limb Recoil Bracket Screws

I wouldn't lose a lot of sleep over the hardware, we have thousands of them out there working just fine with the old designed hardware. If you ever have to change limbs or ...
