Re: Trigger tec

The Proshot trigger will not fit any of the older models with a thumbhole stock since they use a different trigger arm. The trigger arm that fits the ProShot trigger has a different type of attachment system from the stock unit so you can't just change the trigger arms. At the moment there are no pl...

Re: Warranty

Technically our warranty applies only to the original owner as stated in our policy: "Excalibur crossbows carry a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. Warranty will be given at Excalibur’s discretion for the lifetime of the original owner of the crossbow." We do our best to be fair with our w...

Re: COVID-19 and effects to Excalibur Crossbow

FYI

Our Port Huron facility is back up and running but we are not allowing any walk in traffic at the moment. All warranty will need to be shipped but we should be able to get it turned around fairly quickly. Thanks for everybody's patience with this.

Re: Matrix 310 Issue

I just saw this and my first thought is check the plastic nock, we have seen some misfires due to overly slippery plastic rear inserts. Try to scuff the insert up with some sand paper to insure good grip with the string. If the rear nock is too slippery the string can slide underneath the arrow crea...

Re: Wrong on not Shipping Limbs

What you guys are seeing is the automated email sent by our RMA system. What it is referring to is if you wanted something like a scope shipped ahead of sending one back for warranty we charge you for the scope and when we get it back we credit your card. We have been screwed so many times on warran...

Re: Excalibur Summer Promotion Email -Canadian's Read Fine Print

We understand why Canadian customers are upset about the recent summer specials promotion however it was not intended to offend or alienate anybody. This consumer promo is only applicable in the US market because we do not currently have a Canadian E-com site where consumers can redeem their promo c...
