Any recommendations on if or how long I should leave my new matrix 380 in the cocked position to check for limb issues? 4 hrs? 12 hrs? Days?

Also going to add the Dr. Stirrup stuff to the bow as well to help reduce vibration. Though I believe he recommends to keep the string very close to just touching his bumpers. Any thoughts on that? Seems like most folks keep their strings off the bumpers a little further.

Gonna be hunting some hogs next week. Right now I have zombie slayer 18" arrows with 2 inch blazer vanes and aluminum insert with FOC broadheads for a total arrow weight of about 399g on my matrix 380. I always used boltcutter broadheads on my Equinox and all pigs were down in less than 50 yard...

I also wondered about using air rakes. My Equinox came standard with them, and I wonder if all older models came standard with them? I have ordered a matrix 380 in blackout and am having the air brakes from the get go.

Does the Matrix 380 come with the Trigger Tech trigger as stock? If not, is the Trigger Tech single stage trigger a noticable upgrade? Thanks!

Anyone shot one with a crossbow? Did you use an outfitter, and if so, which one? Would you recommend them/return for another hunt? I am looking at High Adventure Outfitters in Missouri. Also, which bow/distance of shot/broadhead used? Any advice would be appreciated!

I will be getting a matrix 380 next week and am looking at these 2 scopes. Mostly do hog hunting between 3pm and dark. Looking for a scope to help see in low light with a lighted reticle. Shooting 50 yards or less. Shooting deer on occasion and future buffalo hunts. I had no issues with previous Exc...
