The cub shoots 285 fps and has a shorter stock and lighter draw weight than the griz 305 fps .Go on Excalibur home page , they have both models specs and pics. Griz is under current models and cub is under past models .

Try 2" from where the riser meets the mainframe/rail and shoot over a chronograph.

Mine is sitting just a hair under 2" Doe Hunter check to make sure your bumpers are seated all the way in . They should be the same .

You get the advantages of trigger forward design with the narrow Micro limbs. Win win!!

Bulldog 330 Also has advantages of forward trigger but easier cocking and more forgiving matrix limb design.

So far I really like my B.D 330 . Just to cold to shoot a lot right now . It handles better than my 355 , but we will see when I start poking holes at 60 yards how it stacks up against the old 355.
