Re: Are harvest numbers down ?

Missouri youth season was last weekend and there were a little over 5k MORE deer harvest this year than last year, something like 18k total harvest in one weekend. Harvest numbers are definitely not down in my state. I took a small buck with my Micro 355 about two weeks ago. Nothing to brag about, ...

Nope, but I'll say this. After the first time I wore a good pair of Bibs, I won't hunt in cold without them.

Re: Story from Ranger's Station

Dan, I never got any of the negative from your story...none! It was a great story and I appreciated reading it. I'm 50 and darn near 'tech' illiterate. I prefer it that way. Has nothing to do with being old, I just prefer the 'old ways'. Thanks for your awesome story! Paul x2

It's just amazing to see some of the things we do while outdoors, I know that was a sight to see and sit back and laugh when it was all over.

Congratulations on your harvest good size doe.
We use a kiddie wading pool under the deer when hanging deer in the garage makes for a easy cleanup just hit it with a hose.
Kiddie Pool,
Great idea.
