Re: Excal Hard Case
Yep - love my Plano case! The only improvement I would bring to the whole kit is the Velcro strap design in the way that they are installed to the case itself. Other then that, it's pretty darn sturdy, adjustable for both types of crossbow, tons of padding/foam included. Really for $99 or less, you ...

Re: BEST Broadhead with Lite-stuff firebolts ?
What mchurch said - the Excal's Boltcutters are of very good quality; certainly can't go wrong with them. Priced quite well also.

Re: What a pain
Thanks folks for all your kind words and your prayers. I hope I didn't give the impression that I look down on any person that is walking with aids of any kind or who is in a wheelchair because I do not. I have to admire them, because of them dealing with their issues and still being able to live a...

Re: Give the man a medal
As it appears, per the article , that the boys were assaulting the man it would be fair to judge this as a self-defence case. However, I must dissagree with the opinons of giving the guy a medal for it. A medal in this case would be a recongnition of what exactly? The senior citizen used his legal r...

Re: What a pain
Raymond - hang in there. Positive thoughts coming your way as I type this. I too have some back problems, stemming from a mountain skiing accident in some rough terrain and a car crash. Two cervical spine contusions later, I get flare ups 3-4 times a year, but certainly nothing compared to your chro...

Re: Gun Registry
Keeping in mind that government is so high on it's self and it's ability to "rule" over it's people, even went as far as to try to separate it's self from this country. Just to clariry - that was not from the current political party in charge of Québec. The last referendum was in 1995 (pr...

Re: Gun Registry
As for registering my firearms to another gun registry, it will never happen. Raymond Raymond - I doubt that Nova Scotia will put a new long-gun registry together. The provincial Quebec gvt wants too and what a complete waist of money that will be. The Liberals are playing it as a political card ag...

Re: Gun Registry
realise that it's for the greater good of your family, friends and close one and if you fall on hard time, we ALL will help you out. Where is the ignorance, Ben? For generations upon generations, my family has taken care of themselves. Farmers are a hard working group that typically need help from ...

I WISH I could use the iPhone out in the woods, but even our best carrier is out of range 45mins before getting to the cottage!
I've seen the app than Morangus uses and it's indeed very well made, a quite cheap too!

Re: Gun Registry
The whole registry is/was nothing shy of cash grab, I served in the Canadian armed forces, in our infantry division with excellent weapons training, yet it has no value what so ever toward owning a hunting rifle. Gun safety is all the same for all guns and our Military took it very serious, and far...

Re: Gun Registry
Actually it's the Canada Act of 1982, which includes Constitution Act of 1867 (the BNAA as you mentioned).Ont_Excal wrote:The last attempt at a constitution was Meech Lake under Mullroney and that failed.
I may be wrong but I think we are still under the British North America Act.
But I will research for sure.
