The glue on the arrows is definitely the problem. I work with a unit that uses dogs to check the effectiveness of our scent control. So far despite our best efforts the dogs have hit on the new completely assembled arrows 100% of the time verses 25% on the vanes and 12.5% for the shafts. Through out...

If you think the your rage are opening up in flight do this simple test. Place a piece of paper in a frame 5 foot or so in front of your target and shoot at your target.
