Actually, thats not a bad idea. I have taken two deer by finding where they cross and moved twenty yards away along the road and sat with my back against the bank. With all the swirling air and human smell it is hard to get busted. Both deer presented a perfect quarter/broadside shot and took off a...

I had my first kill processed. Got about 1/2 the amount of meat back I should have. That was in 1968. Since then I processed all my own deer and several for friends.

Sure miss hunting the mountains of E. Ky(Martin
& Lawrence county). Still own property there but don't get a chance to hunt it. Got a good friends that gets nice buck there every year.
