Does the S5 make a difference you can tell? I was thinking of getting some, didn't know if it was all hype.

I know that they are not huge deer and a lot of people whold not have taken them. But we eat them and we were hunting on national forest. Out there we shoot whatever is legal.

I like to can mine with beef broth and add a 2" square of green pepper and a small wedge of onion to each jar. The results are stellar, I will sometimes just open a jar and eat it cold. Would love to learn how to do summer sausage.
